| | 56:2 | 我的仇敵終日要把我吞了．因逞驕傲攻擊我的人甚多。 | Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou most High. |
| | 56:3 | 我懼怕的時候要倚靠你。 | What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. |
| | 56:4 | 我倚靠 神、我要讚美他的話．我倚靠 神、必不懼怕．血氣之輩能把我怎麼樣呢。 | In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. |
| | 56:5 | 他們終日顛倒我的話．他們一切的心思、都是要害我。 | Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil. |
| | 56:6 | 他們聚集、埋伏窺探我的腳蹤、等候要害我的命。 | They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul. |
| | 56:7 | 他們豈能因罪孽逃脫麼． 神阿、求你在怒中使眾民墮落。 | Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God. |
| | 56:8 | 我幾次流離、你都記數．求你把我眼淚裝在你的皮袋裏．這不都記在你冊子上麼。 | Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? |
| | 56:9 | 我呼求的日子、我的仇敵都要轉身退後． 神幫助我、這是我所知道的。 | When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me. |
| | 56:10 | 我倚靠 神．我要讚美他的話．我倚靠耶和華．我要讚美他的話． | In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word. |
| | 56:11 | 我倚靠 神、必不懼怕．人能把我怎麼樣呢。 | In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me. |
| | 56:12 | 神阿、我向你所許的願在我身上．我要將感謝祭獻給你。 | Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee. |
| | 56:13 | 因為你救我的命脫離死亡．你豈不是救護我的腳不跌倒、使我在生命光中行在 神面前麼。 | For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living? |
