| | 106:1 | 你們要讚美耶和華．要稱謝耶和華、因他本為善．他的慈愛永遠長存。 | Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. |
| | 106:2 | 誰能傳說耶和華的大能、誰能表明他一切的美德。 | Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise? |
| | 106:3 | 凡遵守公平、常行公義的、這人便為有福。 | Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. |
| | 106:4 | 耶和華阿、你用恩惠待你的百姓、求你也用這恩惠記念我、開你的救恩眷顧我、 | Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; |
| | 106:5 | 使我見你選民的福、樂你國民的樂、與你的產業一同誇耀。 | That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance. |
| | 106:6 | 我們與我們的祖宗一同犯罪．我們作了孽、行了惡。 | We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly. |
| | 106:7 | 我們的祖宗在埃及不明白你的奇事、不記念你豐盛的慈愛、反倒在紅海行了悖逆。 | Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea. |
| | 106:8 | 然而他因自己的名拯救他們、為要彰顯他的大能． | Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known. |
| | 106:9 | 並且斥責紅海、海便乾了．他帶領他們經過深處、如同經過曠野。 | He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness. |
| | 106:10 | 他拯救他們脫離恨他們人的手、從仇敵手中救贖他們。 | And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy. |
| | 106:11 | 水淹沒他們的敵人、沒有一個存留。 | And the waters covered their enemies: there was not one of them left. |
| | 106:12 | 那時他們纔信了他的話、歌唱讚美他。 | Then believed they his words; they sang his praise. |
| | 106:13 | 等不多時、他們就忘了他的作為、不仰望他的指教、 | They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel: |
| | 106:14 | 反倒在曠野大起慾心、在荒地試探 神。 | But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert. |
| | 106:15 | 他將他們所求的賜給他們、卻使他們的心靈軟弱。 | And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul. |
| | 106:16 | 他們又在營中嫉妒摩西、和耶和華的聖者亞倫。 | They envied Moses also in the camp, and Aaron the saint of the LORD. |
| | 106:17 | 地裂開吞下大坍、掩蓋亞比蘭一黨的人。 | The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram. |
| | 106:18 | 有火在他們的黨中發起、有火焰燒燬了惡人。 | And a fire was kindled in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. |
| | 106:19 | 他們在何烈山造了牛犢叩拜鑄成的像。 | They made a calf in Horeb, and worshipped the molten image. |
| | 106:20 | 如此將他們榮耀的主、換為喫草之牛的像． | Thus they changed their glory into the similitude of an ox that eateth grass. |
| | 106:21 | 忘了 神他們的救主．他曾在埃及行大事、 | They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt; |
| | 106:22 | 在含地行奇事、在紅海行可畏的事。 | Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and terrible things by the Red sea. |
| | 106:23 | 所以他說要滅絕他們．若非有他所揀選的摩西站在當中、〔原文作破口〕使他的忿怒轉消、恐怕他就滅絕他們。 | Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them. |
| | 106:24 | 他們又藐視那美地、不信他的話、 | Yea, they despised the pleasant land, they believed not his word: |
| | 106:25 | 在自己帳棚內發怨言、不聽耶和華的聲音。 | But murmured in their tents, and hearkened not unto the voice of the LORD. |
| | 106:26 | 所以他對他們起誓、必叫他們倒在曠野、 | Therefore he lifted up his hand against them, to overthrow them in the wilderness: |
| | 106:27 | 叫他們的後裔倒在列國之中、分散在各地。 | To overthrow their seed also among the nations, and to scatter them in the lands. |
| | 106:28 | 他們又與巴力毗珥連合、且喫了祭死神〔或作人〕的物。 | They joined themselves also unto Baalpeor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead. |
| | 106:29 | 他們這樣行、惹耶和華發怒、便有瘟疫流行在他們中間。 | Thus they provoked him to anger with their inventions: and the plague brake in upon them. |
| | 106:30 | 那時非尼哈站起、刑罰惡人．瘟疫這纔止息。 | Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment: and so the plague was stayed. |
| | 106:31 | 那就算為他的義、世世代代直到永遠。 | And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore. |
| | 106:32 | 他們在米利巴水又叫耶和華發怒、甚至摩西也受了虧損． | They angered him also at the waters of strife, so that it went ill with Moses for their sakes: |
| | 106:33 | 是因他們惹動他的靈．摩西〔原文作他〕用嘴說了急躁的話。 | Because they provoked his spirit, so that he spake unadvisedly with his lips. |
| | 106:34 | 他們不照耶和華所吩咐的滅絕外邦人、 | They did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the LORD commanded them: |
| | 106:35 | 反與他們混雜相合、學習他們的行為、 | But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works. |
| | 106:36 | 事奉他們的偶像．這就成了自己的網羅。 | And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them. |
| | 106:37 | 把自己的兒女祭祀鬼魔、 | Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils, |
| | 106:38 | 流無辜人的血、就是自己兒女的血、把他們祭祀迦南的偶像．那地就被血污穢了。 | And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood. |
| | 106:39 | 這樣他們被自己所作的污穢了、在行為上犯了邪淫。 | Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions. |
| | 106:40 | 所以耶和華的怒氣、向他的百姓發作、憎惡他的產業。 | Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance. |
| | 106:41 | 將他們交在外邦人的手裏．恨他們的人就轄制他們。 | And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them. |
| | 106:42 | 他們的仇敵也欺壓他們、他們就伏在敵人手下。 | Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their hand. |
| | 106:43 | 他屢次搭救他們、他們卻設謀背逆．因自己的罪孽降為卑下。 | Many times did he deliver them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity. |
| | 106:44 | 然而他聽見他們哀告的時候、就眷顧他們的急難． | Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry: |
| | 106:45 | 為他們記念他的約、照他豐盛的慈愛後悔。 | And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies. |
| | 106:46 | 他也使他們在凡擄掠他們的人面前蒙憐恤。 | He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives. |
| | 106:47 | 耶和華我們的 神阿、求你拯救我們、從外邦中招聚我們、我們好稱讚你的聖名、以讚美你為誇勝。 | Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise. |
| | 106:48 | 耶和華以色列的 神、是應當稱頌的、從亙古直到永遠。願眾民都說、阿們。你們要讚美耶和華。 | Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the LORD. |
