| | 3:1 | 我是因耶和华忿怒的杖、遭遇困苦的人。 | I AM the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath. |
| | 3:2 | 他引导我、使我行在黑暗中、不行在光明里。 | He hath led me, and brought me into darkness, but not into light. |
| | 3:3 | 他真是终日再三反手攻击我。 | Surely against me is he turned; he turneth his hand against me all the day. |
| | 3:4 | 他使我的皮肉枯干．他折断〔或作压伤〕我的骨头。 | My flesh and my skin hath he made old; he hath broken my bones. |
| | 3:5 | 他筑垒攻击我、用苦楚〔原文作苦胆〕和艰难围困我。 | He hath builded against me, and compassed me with gall and travail. |
| | 3:6 | 他使我住在幽暗之处、像死了许久的人一样。 | He hath set me in dark places, as they that be dead of old. |
| | 3:7 | 他用篱笆围住我、使我不能出去．他使我的铜炼沉重。 | He hath hedged me about, that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy. |
| | 3:8 | 我哀号求救、他使我的祷告、不得上达。 | Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer. |
| | 3:9 | 他用凿过的石头、挡住我的道．他使我的路弯曲。 | He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, he hath made my paths crooked. |
| | 3:10 | 他向我如熊埋伏、如狮子在隐密处。 | He was unto me as a bear lying in wait, and as a lion in secret places. |
| | 3:11 | 他使我转离正路、将我撕碎、使我凄凉。 | He hath turned aside my ways, and pulled me in pieces: he hath made me desolate. |
| | 3:12 | 他张弓将我当作箭靶子。 | He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow. |
| | 3:13 | 他把箭袋中的箭、射入我的肺腑。 | He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins. |
| | 3:14 | 我成了众民的笑话．他们终日以我为歌曲。 | I was a derision to all my people; and their song all the day. |
| | 3:15 | 他用苦楚充满我、使我饱用茵蔯。 | He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath made me drunken with wormwood. |
| | 3:16 | 他又用沙石碜断我的牙、用灰尘将我蒙蔽。 | He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes. |
| | 3:17 | 你使我远离平安．我忘记好处。 | And thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: I forgat prosperity. |
| | 3:18 | 我就说、我的力量衰败、我在耶和华那里、毫无指望。 | And I said, My strength and my hope is perished from the LORD: |
| | 3:19 | 耶和华阿、求你记念我如茵蔯和苦胆的困苦窘迫。 | Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. |
| | 3:20 | 我心想念这些、就在里面忧闷。 | My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. |
| | 3:21 | 我想起这事、心里就有指望。 | This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. |
| | 3:22 | 我们不至消灭、是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱、是因他的怜悯、不至断绝。 | It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. |
| | 3:23 | 每早晨这都是新的．你的诚实、极其广大。 | They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. |
| | 3:24 | 我心里说、耶和华是我的分．因此、我要仰望他。 | The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. |
| | 3:25 | 凡等候耶和华、心里寻求他的、耶和华必施恩给他。 | The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. |
| | 3:26 | 人仰望耶和华、静默等候他的救恩、这原是好的。 | It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. |
| | 3:27 | 人在幼年负轭、这原是好的。 | It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. |
| | 3:28 | 他当独坐无言、因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。 | He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him. |
| | 3:29 | 他当口贴尘埃、或者有指望。 | He putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there may be hope. |
| | 3:30 | 他当由人打他的腮颊．要满受凌辱。 | He giveth his cheek to him that smiteth him: he is filled full with reproach. |
| | 3:31 | 因为主必不永远丢弃人。 | For the LORD will not cast off for ever: |
| | 3:32 | 主虽使人忧愁、还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。 | But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies. |
| | 3:33 | 因他并不甘心使人受苦、使人忧愁。 | For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men. |
| | 3:34 | 人将世上被囚的、踹〔原文作压〕在脚下、 | To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth, |
| | 3:35 | 或在至高者面前屈枉人、 | To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High, |
| | 3:36 | 或在人的讼事上、颠倒是非．这都是主看不上的。 | To subvert a man in his cause, the LORD approveth not. |
| | 3:37 | 除非主命定、谁能说成就成呢。 | Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? |
| | 3:38 | 祸福不都出于至高者的口么。 | Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good? |
| | 3:39 | 活人因自己的罪受罚、为何发怨言呢。 | Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins? |
| | 3:40 | 我们当深深考察自己的行为、再归向耶和华。 | Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD. |
| | 3:41 | 我们当诚心向天上的 神举手祷告。 | Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens. |
| | 3:42 | 我们犯罪背逆、你并不赦免。 | We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned. |
| | 3:43 | 你自被怒气遮蔽、追赶我们．你施行杀戮、并不顾惜。 | Thou hast covered with anger, and persecuted us: thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied. |
| | 3:44 | 你以黑云遮蔽自己、以致祷告不得透入。 | Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that our prayer should not pass through. |
| | 3:45 | 你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。 | Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people. |
| | 3:46 | 我们的仇敌、都向我们大大张口。 | All our enemies have opened their mouths against us. |
| | 3:47 | 恐惧和陷坑、残害和毁灭、都临近我们。 | Fear and a snare is come upon us, desolation and destruction. |
| | 3:48 | 因我众民遭的毁灭、我就眼泪下流如河。 | Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water for the destruction of the daughter of my people. |
| | 3:49 | 我的眼多多流泪、总不止息、 | Mine eye trickleth down, and ceaseth not, without any intermission, |
| | 3:50 | 直等耶和华垂顾、从天观看。 | Till the LORD look down, and behold from heaven. |
| | 3:51 | 因我本城的众民、我的眼、使我的心伤痛。 | Mine eye affecteth mine heart because of all the daughters of my city. |
| | 3:52 | 无故与我为仇的追逼我、像追雀鸟一样。 | Mine enemies chased me sore, like a bird, without cause. |
| | 3:53 | 他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝、并将一块石头抛在我身上。 | They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and cast a stone upon me. |
| | 3:54 | 众水流过我头．我说、我命断绝了。 | Waters flowed over mine head; then I said, I am cut off. |
| | 3:55 | 耶和华阿、我从深牢中求告你的名。 | I called upon thy name, O LORD, out of the low dungeon. |
| | 3:56 | 你曾听见我的声音．我求你解救、你不要掩耳不听。 | Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry. |
| | 3:57 | 我求告你的日子、你临近我、说、不要惧怕。 | Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not. |
| | 3:58 | 主阿、你伸明了我的冤．你救赎了我的命。 | O LORD, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life. |
| | 3:59 | 耶和华阿、你见了我受的委屈．求你为我伸冤。 | O LORD, thou hast seen my wrong: judge thou my cause. |
| | 3:60 | 他们仇恨我、谋害我、你都看见了。 | Thou hast seen all their vengeance and all their imaginations against me. |
| | 3:61 | 耶和华阿、你听见他们辱骂我的话、知道他们向我所设的计、 | Thou hast heard their reproach, O LORD, and all their imaginations against me; |
| | 3:62 | 并那些起来攻击我的人、口中所说的话、以及终日向我所设的计谋。 | The lips of those that rose up against me, and their device against me all the day. |
| | 3:63 | 求你观看、他们坐下起来、都以我为歌曲。 | Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their musick. |
| | 3:64 | 耶和华阿、你要按着他们手所作的、向他们施行报应。 | Render unto them a recompence, O LORD, according to the work of their hands. |
| | 3:65 | 你要使他们心里刚硬、使你的咒诅临到他们。 | Give them sorrow of heart, thy curse unto them. |
| | 3:66 | 你要发怒追赶他们、从耶和华的天下除灭他们。 | Persecute and destroy them in anger from under the heavens of the LORD. |
