| | 2:1 | 耶和華如此說、摩押三番四次的犯罪、我必不免去他的刑罰．因為他將以東王的骸骨焚燒成灰。 | Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Moab, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime: |
| | 2:2 | 我卻要降火在摩押、燒滅加略的宮殿．摩押必在鬨嚷吶喊吹角之中死亡。 | But I will send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kirioth: and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet: |
| | 2:3 | 我必剪除摩押中的審判者、將其中的一切首領和他一同殺戮。這是耶和華說的。 | And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD. |
| | 2:4 | 耶和華如此說、猶大人三番四次地犯罪、我必不免去他們的刑罰．因為他們厭棄耶和華的訓誨、不遵守他的律例．他們列祖所隨從虛假的偶像使他們走迷了。 | Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked: |
| | 2:5 | 我卻要降火在猶大、燒滅耶路撒冷的宮殿。 | But I will send a fire upon Judah, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem. |
| | 2:6 | 耶和華如此說、以色列人三番四次的犯罪、我必不免去他們的刑罰．因他們為銀子賣了義人、為一雙鞋賣了窮人。 | Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes; |
| | 2:7 | 他們見窮人頭上所蒙的灰也都垂涎、阻礙謙卑人的道路．父子同一個女子行淫、褻瀆我的聖名． | That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek: and a man and his father will go in unto the same maid, to profane my holy name: |
| | 2:8 | 他們在各壇旁鋪人所當的衣服、臥在其上．又在他們神的廟中、喝受罰之人的酒。 | And they lay themselves down upon clothes laid to pledge by every altar, and they drink the wine of the condemned in the house of their god. |
| | 2:9 | 我從以色列人面前除滅亞摩利人。他雖高大如香柏樹、堅固如橡樹、我卻上滅他的果子、下絕他的根本。 | Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath. |
| | 2:10 | 我也將你們從埃及地領上來、在曠野引導你們四十年、使你們得亞摩利人之地為業。 | Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite. |
| | 2:11 | 我從你們子弟中興起先知、又從你們少年人中興起拿細耳人。以色列人哪、不是這樣麼．這是耶和華說的。 | And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD. |
| | 2:12 | 你們卻給拿細耳人酒喝、囑咐先知說、不要說預言。 | But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not. |
| | 2:13 | 看哪、在你們所住之地、我必壓你們、如同裝滿禾捆的車壓物一樣。 | Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves. |
| | 2:14 | 快跑的不能逃脫．有力的不能用力、剛勇的也不能自救。 | Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself: |
| | 2:15 | 拿弓的不能站立、腿快的不能逃脫．騎馬的也不能自救。 | Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself. |
| | 2:16 | 到那日、勇士中最有膽量的、必赤身逃跑．這是耶和華說的。 | And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD. |
