| | 14:3 | 我若去为你们预备了地方、就必再来接你们到我那里去．我在那里、叫你们也在那里。 | And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. |
| | 14:4 | 我往那里去、你们知道．那条路、你们也知道。〔有古卷作我往那里去你们知道那条路〕 | And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. |
| | 14:5 | 多马对他说、主阿、我们不知道你往那里去、怎么知道那条路呢。 | Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? |
| | 14:6 | 耶稣说、我就是道路、真理、生命．若不藉着我、没有人能到父那里去。 | Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. |
| | 14:7 | 你们若认识我、也就认识我的父．从今以后、你们认识他、并且已经看见他。 | If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. |
| | 14:8 | 腓力对他说、求主将父显给我们看、我们就知足了。 | Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. |
| | 14:9 | 耶稣对他说、腓力、我与你们同在这样长久、你还不认识我么。人看见了我、就是看见了父．你怎么说、将父显给我们看呢。 | Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? |
| | 14:10 | 我在父里面、父在我里面、你不信么。我对你们所说的话、不是凭着自己说的、乃是住在我里面的父作他自己的事。 | Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. |
| | 14:11 | 你们当信我、我在父里面、父在我里面．即或不信、也当因我所作的事信我。 | Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. |
| | 14:12 | 我实实在在的告诉你们、我所作的事、信我的人也要作．并且要作比这更大的事．因为我往父那里去。 | Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. |
| | 14:13 | 你们奉我的名、无论求什么、我必成就、叫父因儿子得荣耀。 | And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. |
| | 14:14 | 你们若奉我的名求什么、我必成就。 | If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. |
| | 14:15 | 你们若爱我、就必遵守我的命令。 | If ye love me, keep my commandments. |
| | 14:16 | 我要求父、父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师、〔或作训慰师下同〕叫他永远与你们同在、 | And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; |
| | 14:17 | 就是真理的圣灵、乃世人不能接受的．因为不见他、也不认识他．你们却认识他．因他常与你们同在、也要在你们里面。 | Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. |
| | 14:18 | 我不撇下你们为孤儿、我必到你们这里来。 | I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. |
| | 14:19 | 还有不多的时候、世人不再看见我．你们却看见我．因为我活着、你们也要活着。 | Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. |
| | 14:20 | 到那日你们就知道我在父里面、你们在我里面、我也在你们里面。 | At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. |
| | 14:21 | 有了我的命令又遵守的、这人就是爱我的．爱我的必蒙我父爱他、我也要爱他、并且要向他显现。 | He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. |
| | 14:22 | 犹大（不是加略人犹大）问耶稣说、主阿、为什么要向我们显现、不向世人显现呢。 | Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? |
| | 14:23 | 耶稣回答说、人若爱我、就必遵守我的道．我父也必爱他、并且我们要到他那里去、与他同住。 | Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. |
| | 14:24 | 不爱我的人就不遵守我的道．你们所听见的道不是我的、乃是差我来之父的道。 | He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. |
| | 14:25 | 我还与你们同住的时候、已将这些话对你们说了。 | These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. |
| | 14:26 | 但保惠师、就是父因我的名所要差来的圣灵、他要将一切的事、指教你们、并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话。 | But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. |
| | 14:27 | 我留下平安给你们、我将我的平安赐给你们．我所赐的、不像世人所赐的．你们心里不要忧愁、也不要胆怯。 | Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. |
| | 14:28 | 你们听见我对你们说了、我去还要到你们这里来。你们若爱我、因我到父那里去、就必喜乐、因为父是比我大的。 | Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. |
| | 14:29 | 现在事情还没有成就、我预先告诉你们、叫你们到事情成就的时候、就可以信。 | And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. |
| | 14:30 | 以后我不再和你们多说话、因为这世界的王将到．他在我里面是毫无所有． | Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. |
| | 14:31 | 但要叫世人知道我爱父、并且父怎样吩咐我、我就怎样行。起来、我们走罢。 | But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence. |
