| | 64:2 | 好像火燒乾柴、又像火將水燒開．使你敵人知道你的名、使列國在你面前發顫。 | As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence! |
| | 64:3 | 你曾行我們不能逆料可畏的事．那時你降臨、山嶺在你面前震動。 | When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence. |
| | 64:4 | 從古以來人未曾聽見、未曾耳聞、未曾眼見、在你以外有甚麼神為等候他的人行事． | For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. |
| | 64:5 | 你迎接那歡喜行義記念你道的人、你曾發怒、我們仍犯罪．這景況已久．我們還能得救麼． | Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved. |
| | 64:6 | 我們都像不潔淨的人、所有的義都像污穢的衣服．我們都像葉子漸漸枯乾．我們的罪孽好像風把我們吹去． | But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. |
| | 64:7 | 並且無人求告你的名、無人奮力抓住你．原來你掩面不顧我們、使我們因罪孽消化。 | And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities. |
| | 64:8 | 耶和華阿、現在你仍是我們的父．我們是泥、你是窰匠．我們都是你手的工作。 | But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. |
| | 64:9 | 耶和華阿、求你不要大發震怒、也不要永遠記念罪孽．求你垂顧我們、我們都是你的百姓。 | Be not wroth very sore, O LORD, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee, we are all thy people. |
| | 64:10 | 你的聖邑變為曠野、錫安變為曠野、耶路撒冷成為荒場。 | Thy holy cities are a wilderness, Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation. |
| | 64:11 | 我們聖潔華美的殿、就是我們列祖讚美你的所在、被火焚燒．我們所羨慕的美地、盡都荒廢。 | Our holy and our beautiful house, where our fathers praised thee, is burned up with fire: and all our pleasant things are laid waste. |
| | 64:12 | 耶和華阿、有這些事、你還忍得住麼．你仍靜默使我們深受苦難麼。 | Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O LORD? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore? |
